Retail Meat Cutter Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Makes sure that meats are clear from dust and other impurities.
  • Cut and prepare standard cuts of meat products.
  • Cut meat into proper sizes and shapes using knives or cutters in accordance with company standards.
  • Wrap meats in vacuum-sealed bags to maintain freshness.
  • Carefully remove the bones from the meat to make boneless pieces.
