Farm Worker Responsibilities

• Clean crop area and remove any derbis to keep the farm premises organized and neat.
• Professionally pick vegetables by hand when they are at their peak maturity.
• Contribute in each phase of crop cultivation, such as soil preparation, watering system operation, and seed planting.
• Analyze and remove damaged vegetables from the crop to maintain quality standards.
• Carefully arrange and pack harvested vegetables according to quality and market requirements.
