Details for Truck Driver Job in Cartage Xpress
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification from reputed institute.
Experience: Candidates without previous experience are welcome to apply.
License: Valid driver’s license and AZ class license with Air Brake (Z) endorsement
Fitness: Must be physically fit and ability to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Eligibility: Canadian citizens and other candidates with or without Canadian work permit.

Salary: 25$ per hour for 40 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
- Be polite and professional when talking to customers.
- Load goods onto the truck safely.
- Unload goods at the delivery location carefully.
- Driver trucks to move goods and materials to different places.
- Check the truck’s tires, lights, brakes and cold storage to make sure everything works.
- Adjust the brakes when needed.
- Fix the truck quickly if it breaks down on the road.
- Inspect the truck before and after trips to keep it in good shape.
- Share important information with dispatch team.
