Quality Inspector Job Details

Experience: Applicants must have at least 5 years of relevant experience as Quality Inspector in Oil and Gas company.

Machine Shop Inspection: Candidates must be skills in assessing different machining procedures.

API 6A and API 16A Compliance: Candidates must show in depth knowledge of the specifications defined in American Petroleum Institute standards 6A and 16A

Responsibilities

Expert in machine shop inspection with a special focus on carrying out accurate threading inspections in compliance with API 7-1 and 5CT requirements
Make sure that mechanical valves are examined at different stages of the manufacturing process.
Perform error-free in-process and final dimensional checks.
Apply your understanding of non-destructive testing methods to carefully assess the reliability and quality of components.
