Details for Operations Supervisor Jobs in Qatar Energy
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in hydrocarbon processing or oil and gas sector.
- 4 years of experience in supervisory role.
- Previous working experience in wellhead operations.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office suite for reporting and communication.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of wellhead equipment, pressure control systems, and hydrocarbon flow process.
Type: Full-time and permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the team that operates the wellhead equipment.
- Make sure that all workers follow safety rules to keep everyone safe.
- Check that oil and gas production is going as planned and take action if there are any issues.
- Teach and support your team to improve their skills.
- Work with computer systems like SAP CMMS and MS Office to manage operations.
- Communicate with engineers, maintenance teams, and other departments.
