Job Responsibilities

• To guarantee compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, do legal research and analysis.
• Legal papers, contracts, agreements, and policies are all written and reviewed.
• Represent PHC in court appearances, hearings, and arbitrations, among other legal actions.

Eligibility Criteria for Legal Counsel:

Qualifications: A degree from a university accredited by HEC with at least 10 year of experience in the relevant field

License: Must have a valid license

Skills: Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
