Qualification: Intermediate level with computer skills including MS Office

Experience: Previous laundry experience in reputed organization or company

Responsibilities

Maintain Exceptional Standards: Make sure that Housekeeping and Laundry departments consistently live up to high operational standards that are in line with the specified guidelines for the hotel brand.

Performance Monitoring: Supervise each member of the housekeeping and laundry teams in terms of appearance, performance, and respect to standards.

Deliver Outstanding Guest Service: Try to give great guest service by quickly and efficiently responding to their needs and preferences.

Room Availability Management: Control the availability of rooms for guest services actively and working closely with floor housekeeping supervisors to speed up room turnover.

Guest Preferences: Review information about guests regularly in the customer relationship management system to make sure that requests are met as soon as possible.
