Education: High school certification or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Previous working experience in harvesting industry.
Type: Permanent and full time employment
Other: A valid driver’s license
Shifts: Day and Early Morning.
Salary: 32$ hourly according to skills and experience
Responsibilities
- Support the Harvest Supervisor in managing the daily tasks.
- Teach new team members how to operate machinery and perform picking duties.
- Help with stock control management to maintain smooth operations.
- Perform hands on picking tasks to guarantee the collection of superior crops.
