Duncan Family Farm is committed to produce organic food that reaches homes across the US, Canada, and United Kingdom. As a General Labor – Harvest Worker, you’ll responsible for harvest of crops like spinach, kale, and arugula. This position which reports to the Harvest Crew Leader, is also responsible for stacking, packing, and examining fruit to guarantee the best quality. Whether you are assembling boxes or loading pallets your hard work contribute to the success of harvest season.

Eligibility Criteria for General Labor Job

• Candidates with or without any educational certificate are welcome to apply.
• You must have minimum 3 months of agricultural experience.
• Strong work ethic with good communication skills.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long time.
• Ability to lift weight up-to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in every weather condition.
• Physically fit for farming job.

General Labor Job Duties

• Organize materials for harvesting tender leaf products by putting together boxes on moving trailers and adding liners as per customer request.
• Place bins on the conveyor belt for packing.
• Fill containers from a shaker belt during packing and place them on the conveyor for loading.
• Load product filled containers onto pallets according to height specifications.
• Wear personal protective equipment during work.
• Comply with all company policies and food safety regulations.
