General Farm Worker Job Responsibilities:

• Trash and dead plants must be removed from the agricultural area in order to preserve overall plant health, encourage growth, and prevent illness.
• Engage in various agricultural cultivation and planting activities, such as soil preparation and seeding.
• Recognizing and eliminating plants that can pose a threat to crop’s access to sunlight, water, and minerals.
• In order to maintain freshness, mature crops need to be handled with care and promptly.
