Fish Processor Responsibilities
- Clean, cut, and trim fish to get ready for marketing or additional processing.
- Size the fish, cut it with a knife, remove the scraps, and split the fillets in half.
- Check fish fillets to establish the ideal quantity and dimensions of fillet sections then cut sections in accordance with guidelines.
- Investigate goods and packaging for defects and make sure they follow company policies.
- Set up and run canning, bagging, boxing, and packaging equipment for seafood items.
