Position Descriptions for Financial and Legal Counsel

Financial Analyst

Examining financial reports, potential investments, and market trends.
Creating reports, projections, and financial models.
Giving recommendations based on study into industry best practices.

Legal Counsel

Giving legal counsel on issues pertaining to corporate governance and Privatisation.
Preparing and revising contracts, agreements, and legal papers.
Researching legal issues and keeping abreast on pertinent legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

Financial Analyst

Certification at CFA Level 2 or a higher level
Minimum of five years experience
Proficient with data analysis
Outstanding understanding of financial markets

Legal Counsel

Law Graduate degree from an accredited university
12 to 15 years of legal practice experience
Strong communication, bargaining, and writing skills
Ability to handle complex legal issues
