Experience: 1 or more year of farming related experience.

Skills: Good interpersonal skills and ability to do multitask.

Certification: Forklift certificate is mandatory for this position.

Fitness: Ability to list weight up to 25 lbs on regular basis.

Primary Duties

• Plant each young plant in the right pot with correct labels and tags.
• Make sure the team is planting each plug according to rules set by manager.
• Keep the soil at the right levels in pots and trays.
• Keep the flat filler area safe, clear, and free of hazards.
• Always keep the production area clean and organized.
• Keep the tags organized in their storage area.
