Factory Process Workers Responsibilities

Perform yard duties successfully oversee livestock handling.
Utilize safe knife handling methods to remove organs and glands from carcasses.
Pack, Process, and Transport meat products using machinery.
Arrange meat products and boned meat into the right cartons.
Transport carcasses to freezers and chillers in accordance to operational needs.
Load and unload meat products from trucks.
Make sure that the assigned work areas and the machinery remains neat and clean.
