If you have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in LAW and previous track record of at least 15 years post-qualification experience in corporate law, you are eligible to apply for this gov job vacancy. Consultant Job Responsibilities

Legal Consultation: Delivering the management and consumers of the organization with knowledgeable legal advice and guidance.

Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing, and bargaining various kinds of contracts, agreements, and other types of legal documents.

Stenographer Required in PPSC

Ligitation Support: Communicating with outside legal counsel on organization-related trial issues.

Policy and Regulatory Compliance: Staying up to date with changes to laws, rules, and policies that may have an impact on the operations of the organization.

Qualification and Requirements

Education: LAW related Bachelor’s degree with at least second division and registered with the Pakistan Bar Council

Experience: 15 years oof post-qualification experience in corporate law.

Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of the procurement lawa of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and having a license of Peshawar High Court

Age limit: Maximum 65 years
