Airport Services Agent Job Details

Edcucation: Minimum High School education or any equivalent educational certificate

Experience: Airline related experience and previous experience in Airport Ground Handling services

Skills: Effective communication and customer service skills

Other Knowledge: DCS (Deprature Control Systems), Ticketing, and Basic Fares

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Help passengers who are departing or arriving, especially those that may be less mobile devices and unaccompanied children.

Chauffeur: After arriving, set up for chauffeur services for qualified clients and open the Emirates arrival information desk.

Immigration: Following all travel, immigration, and security rules, keep updated on any arrival-related immigration issues and report as necessary.
